Polyorchis Haplus

Film Review by Dean Duncan May 26, 2015

Ah, Bach. Delicate stuff, and admirably concentrated. The whole film is this amazing creature, established with wonderfully clear images, and then dissected, as it were, through a series of really narrowly focused shots. Or maybe they just had a really tiny cameraman. It’s instructive to compare this with Painléve, or some of the other, less biological Eames films.  Simplicity itself. Terrific.
