They shot that guy in the back! This is pretty complex, with intersecting lines, some of them radiating on the z axis, and a sense of off-screen space. The latter is probably not so much conscious realist technique as it is waiting for someone to figure out that we can move the camera, or at least cut to a contiguous space.
