I submit that Arthur Q. Bryan is, in his own one-character way, as great an actor as Mel Blanc. The flying bear joke is nicely established and extended. There are some nice tag variations. The hypnotized Bugs gets a bit of comeuppance, which is only fair, and very satisfying. At one point, as Stephen Leacock so memorably described, Elmer races madly off in all directions. The multi-carrots joke is also nice.
